We are in the studio Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST. If you encounter any trouble placing your order or if you have questions, please e-mail us at info@herndonheald.com or call us at 1.505.466.2342 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Our jewelry is handmade to order so our ship dates are approximate. We will usually ship your order within 7 days. We will email your UPS tracking number when your order has shipped. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request and we will be happy to try to accommodate you.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day. Cost for shipping is:
UPS Ground: $12.00 (5-7 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air: $22.00 (2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air: $40.00 (next business day)
RETURNS
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your item. Please e-mail us at info@herndonheald.com or call us at 1.505.466.2342 to obtain a return authorization number. In order to receive a refund, your jewelry must be sent with a return authorization number. Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs. Custom orders are not returnable.
All items must be in their original condition. To ensure the safety of the items, please package them securely in a sturdy box with the original receipt and return authorization number and mail it to us using an insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

REPAIRS
We will repair any Herndon Heald jewelry that was purchased through our website. Pieces purchased through boutiques and galleries must be returned for repair to the place of purchase. There may be a charge for some repair work, so please contact us to discuss the repairs that your piece requires. You may email us or call us at 505.466.2342 to request a repair authorization number. We can only repair pieces that arrive with an authorization number.
For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a sturdy box and mail it to us using an insured delivery service. Please include a copy of the item receipt if possible, a description of the repairs to be made, a repair authorization number, and your return mailing address, your e-mail address and your phone number. Before we begin any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your repair.
